Objective
The goal of this project is to onboard Joel as a Property Manager and ensure the successful listing and management of properties on the Booking.com and Airbnb platforms. The focus will be on efficient property setup, account management, and seamless customer service to facilitate smooth operations and guest bookings.
Scope of Work

Mobile app setup
-
Download and install the Airbnb App on a mobile device.

Access property information

Retrieve essential property information from the Notepad (.txt) file provided, and download the property images from the linked Google Drive folder.

Platform registration
-
Log in your Airbnb account.

Use the “Airbnb your home” feature.

Verifying your account (if required)

Verify your account by signing in with Google or your phone number.

Property listings creation
-
Publish the property on Airbnb by following platform guidelines.

On Airbnb, enable Approve all bookings to manage reservation approvals. Note that you are not allowed to accept or decline any reservation without approval. By selecting the option Approve all bookings you will make sure the guest can’t book through the Airbnb platform.

Property Management

Manage property inquiries, bookings, and availability updates across the Airbnb platform. Ensure timely responses to potential guests.

Forwarding Guest Information

Collect and forward guest reservation details (including name, email, phone number, booking period, and payment info) in PDF format to the company.

Timeline and Submission

All tasks, including property registration and publication, must be completed and submitted within 48 hours.

Property listing link will be sent to the company for verification.

Deliverables

Completed registration and live property listing on Airbnb.

Guest information and booking details forwarded to the company in a timely manner.

Verification of property link upon listing completion.
Support
The candidate will receive support from the team throughout the project, ensuring that any issues encountered during registration, listing, or management can be resolved swiftly.
Expected Outcome
By the end of the task, the property will be live and available for bookings on Airbnb platform. This will ensure a strong start for the candidate’s role as Property Manager, allowing for efficient management and maximized bookings.
